Proven Leadership
Over the past two years, I have dedicated myself to fostering trust and partnerships with our county, county commissioners, and fellow mayors. I have successfully led Hoschton through several important projects, building trust and delivering meaningful results for our community[DB1] . My focus has always and will remain; on what is best for our city.
Experience Matters
While serving as Mayor for the past two years I have gained firsthand insight into the challenges our city faces and how to navigate them effectively. I have learned a great deal during this time, and I look forward to learning more. My willingness to continue learning makes me a stronger and highly qualified candidate, committed to continuous improvement.
Commitment to Balanced Growth
I am committed to ensuring Hoschton grows in a way that preserves our small-town character while welcoming new opportunities for families and businesses and I believe balanced growth is essential to maintaining the unique charm of our community as we move forward.
Support for Greenspace
I am a strong supporter of greenspace in Hoschton because it strengthens our community and enhances our overall quality of life. Parks, trails, and open spaces provide families with safe places to GATHER, children with room to PLAY, and residents with opportunities to connect with one another.
Public Safety
Supporting our police and first responders is a top priority. My focus has been on ensuring Hoschton has the necessary resources to keep our community safe, and I am committed to continuing efforts to provide 24/7 coverage for our residents.
Improved Infrastructure and Mobility
Improving infrastructure and mobility has been a central focus of my leadership. I have led comprehensive transportation studies and mobility planning to create safer roads, reduce traffic concerns, and make sure residents and visitors can move easily throughout Hoschton. Upgrading our water and sewer systems is also essential to supporting the city's growth and maintaining a high quality of life. With my continued oversight, these improvements will provide reliable services now and prepare our city for the future.
Vision for the Future
During my current term I engaged a Land Planner to help shape our downtown area and I am currently working to bring in an Economic Development Strategic Planner to create more opportunities for Hoschton. If reelected, I plan to maintain momentum on major projects that matter most: revitalizing downtown, improving traffic and mobility, and building a thriving community for both families and businesses

Debbie is not only committed to leading the city but also to listening to the people who make it special. She believes in strong families, balanced growth, and building a future that keeps Hoschton’s small-town charm while embracing opportunities for progress.
Outside of her role as Mayor, Debbie is a proud mother and grandmother. Family is at the center of her life, and you’ll often find her cheering at her grandchildren’s sports games or enjoying time by the water, which brings her peace and joy. She also has a deep love for animals—especially elephants and horses.
Her leadership is guided by integrity, experience, and a genuine love for Hoschton and its people.
